    I very often switch mine around depending on whether I'm doing story, AQ/Aw or arena.

    I have an Omega Red at R5, he benefits a lot from suicides.

    Disadvantages:
    Those that @TheDuke899 said. And some other minor ones: Carnage gains power if your champion is bleeding, suffer ability accuracy reduction against Elektra, for instance

    It seems that when we play long fights like Uncollected events, Variant etc. or boss with 500k health, we shouldn't use suicide, otherwise, the match will be finished very quickly (by recoil), or be deadly dealing with heal block nodes, champs.
    But it's strange that only Seatin doesn't use suicide, other guru like Lagacy, ProHoff, unofficial kabam mike, ContestChampion, KT1, ilacskill etc. they all use full or partial suicide!? (maybe because they have lots of units for revives, healing)
    I'm not a skilled or end game player so I rely on partial suicide (LC only, with will power, recovery) but still can't overcome UC invisible woman yet.

    I used suicides for the Ægon arena and it paid off, but I don’t like it for questing at all.
