Opened crystals and got banned???

So today I opened like 600 quest crystal which I have saved for half a year. Sold the iso for gold, upgraded my champs. Went off the game to take a break, came back to your account has been permanently banned. I'm going to send Kabam an email about this.

    Oouuuf in sich a cool moment such a Bad Thing, i really hope it was only a mistakesby kabam and you get every Thing back the Same way then it was before!

    The hilarious part is them thinking you hacked the game to load up on the severely loot heavy and amazing quest crystals.

    I didn't even get that much good stuff. 25 units, around 20 small energy refill, and the rest iso8(mostly the tier 1 stuff)

    Stop saying he got banned for something else when we don’t know he did, we do know they have been mistakenly banning people recently, watch Katy candy video how a guy was banned and took two weeks before they admitted it was a mistake and he got reinstated, accidents happen when you use automated flagging of suspect activity.
