I need help figuring out why I’ve been banned

So about 2 months ago I decided to play this game without an alliance so I can focus on completing some content before I join one again. When I logged back on yesterday my account has been banned. I don’t know what happened I because it happened about an hour after I bought the $50 offer for Mysterio. I don’t know any hacks for the game but I want to know if the ban was an accident
