Hey fellows,
I have just become Uncollected and received the title, however I haven't received 5*shards. (5000 5*shards)
Everyone else is getting 5000 5* shards after getting the Uncollected title. What could be the issue?

    That was supposed to be for 4th of July only but I have witnessed many players getting it after that, even Prof Hoff have a video for it.

    Yayyy! I did it for the gift btw, I just had my conquerer title couple of weeks back, not even three months old.

    You shuld never listen to proff hoff vidoes mabye only the offer review. Then he okay to said if it worth it or not.

    A friend of mine got 4* crystal as a Special Gift on 4th of July, after a week or two he got Uncollected and got 5000 5*shards too. In front of me. Nothing to do with prof hoff here. I was encouraged and motivated so i rushed to 5.2.6 and beat collector, got nothing, hence frustrated..

    This video is full of misinformation. These special offers aren't for new Uncollected summoners. There isn't anything on the pop up that says anything about it being a uncollected offer. These are for accounts that don't have a lot of activity and are enticing them to come back. Once again, reason 1 million to take anything Prof Hoff says with a grain of salt.

    I need to go wash my eyes now.

    Damn it I got 5000 5*shards last week on my other account after becoming Uncollected. Why not in this one?

    Hey talha_440, you get many perks when you become Uncollected, and details of those can be found HERE.

    The Rewards for Completion of Act 5 Chapter 2 include 700x 5-Star Hero Crystal Shards, and the Rewards for Exploration include 1200x 5-Star Hero Crystal Shards. There's no mention of an extra 5000x 5-Star Shards in the article linked above and I'm unable to recall any specific details about this Special Gift. Therefore, if you're concerned that you haven't received these Shards and would like further information about this, I recommend reaching out to our Support Team for assistance.
