Iceman Ice Armor is bugged

Iceman's Ice Armor has been reforming constantly despite being stunned, staggered, or hit for more than 5%. Typically, I only see it happening if stagger or armor break are active when the cool down timer expires. Has anyone else experienced this?

    I've seen it in there, but I've had it occur with other champions than just SS. And would love it to be addressed by the mods, so the separate thread

    Did it not reform due to AAR?
