I can R5 two champs (one with cosmic 4-5 gem and the other with T5B) and I need some help. I have a cosmic, science, and mystic awakening gem. Below are a couple pictures of my roster. What do you guys think?

This is a bit of a judgment call. I think you'll get few arguments against awakening Hyperion. But I personally think Hyperion is so good awakened that it becomes a question of what would benefit me more, a rank 4 Venom and a rank 5 Hyperion or the reverse (assuming both go to R4). I would lean towards ranking Venom and still getting a lot of mileage out of Hyperion. But as I said that's a judgment call: you won't go wrong ranking Hyperion instead.
Meanwhile an awakened Void is one of my top picks to rank up period. He's just one of those champs that buys me out of so much content problems, he's worth his weight in gold in my opinion. A lot of people just see him as a heal reverser. But he's also a power controller, an evade mitigator, a champ that can kill without hitting, a champ with a really long range heavy for heavy countering, has a gigaton of health, and is incinerate immune which is an immunity that is increasing in value.
The flip side is that I actually use him more often than just that, because as I mentioned I find him useful in a lot of different situational fights. And in general you should rank up the champs you use more often to make them more survivable - both by getting more health and by getting more attack which ends fights quicker.
But that's just me. You could legitimately say the same thing about CapIW, Iceman, or even Morningstar. You have a lot of good choices, and the best ones might be the ones you like playing the most or are the best at, because it doesn't help to rank up a champ you keep on the bench because you're more accustomed to playing another. I've just personally found Void to be more widely useful than I think he's normally pigeonholed into. But if you are a Quake driver or a Magik superstar, those are both good options to rank up as well.
As for the T5B rank up, I’m less picky. Void, Cap, Iceman....it doesn’t really matter. I use them all a ton at R4 when needed so that just means one of them is going to get a little better.
