Ticket acknowledged but action pending at Kabam's end

Hello Everyone,

I had raised a ticket (through in-game settings) few days back which was acknowledged by Kabam. The team had promised me that they would get back to me on the issue, in spite of daily follow ups the issue isn't resolved yet. I haven't received any update or any other mail regarding the same from Kabam team yet.

Whom should I contact for unresolved tickets? Is there anyway to trace the status of the resolution?

Please guide me.

    Hey DanveerKarna, I'm sorry to hear our Support Team hasn't been able to offer you a resolution just yet. Unfortunately, there is no way to track the current status of a Support ticket. I recommend being patient and I'm sure they'll get back in touch with you as soon as possible.
