  Really? I'm not seeing that issue, but I am on the 13.1 Beta. I'll report it.

  That’s not a white bar. That’s the grey bar. The solid white bar was causing the problem (Swipe up once to exit).. the Grey bar means you have To swipe up twice to exit.

  Sorry I got caught up. It happened right after I updated the iOS. Since then it hasn’t returned.
