Yes can confirm this is true. Thank god Sony and Disney could come to an agreement, It would be so weird for a Tom Holland spiderman movie to not be in the MCU, so many elements would be missing.
I’m happy, on the other hand....more spiders in the game 🤭
Consider that To was.t it’s Stan lee favorite or something like that. Why wil ther just kil spidey of like that. I’m migt be wrong but hops u get my ide
Quick Kabam! Put as many Classic Spider-Man villains in the game before Sony take the movie rights back.
Movie rights don't affect the game. We had Spidey in here long before Civil War. Heck, we even had mutants since the beginning
This right here. Kabam can use any and every character that has been in printed marvel comics at anytime they choose regardless of who makes what movies or tv shows. The only reason we only now see fantastic four related characters is because the last movie was so bad marvel had to stop their comics for a while to let them rest a bit.
Tying in to the cliffhanger at the end of FFH, I would love to see The Fly figure in to SM3. He’s a fairly obscure villain, and it would be cool to see him get some recognition. However, seeing as we’ve already seen Vulture, Mysterio, and Sandman (sorta), I suspect it will actually be either Doc Oc, Kraven, or Electro. I’m rooting for Kraven or Doc Oc personally. It would really be cool if they tried to make a movie for each one of the original Sinister Six, but I don’t think that’s going to happen. What do you think?
Another thing; if movie rights don’t affect the game why on earth do we have two versions of MCU Spider-Man? Do you really think, if Sony went their separate way with Spider-Man, that we’d be getting another version of Peter Parker or any character Sony owns the movie rights to? Come on bro, do some critical thinking.
Again, explain why we've had Spider-Men, X-Men, etc in the game FOR YEARS despite the fact that Marvel Studios didn't have the movie rights at the time.

They weighed benefit vs deficit of their inclusion and decided to let them in. Spider-Man is the most popular character Marvel has and Wolverine could make an argument for second; their exclusion would be noticed by the fans. It doesn’t change the fact that when a character isn’t fully owned by Disney the scales are weighted against them.
That's hilarious. Storm Iceman Psylocke Archangel Bishop Rogue Omega Red X-23 Colossus Cable Beast Rhino Spider-Gwen Miles Morales Agent Venom Iron Patriot (Norman Osborne, they could use the Rhodey version) Sentinel Venom Carnage Black-Suit Spidey Magik Scarlet Witch
Marvel Studios/Disney didn't own the rights fully/at all to ANY of these characters at the time of their release. You're argument is entirely invalid and pointless.

They'll co-produce Spider-Man 3 (Coming July 2021!), and Spidey will also make an appearance in one other MCU film.
