I don't feel so bad about losing 1400 units because I let my kid open a 4* crystal now. That hurts man. If you stick it out, get used to pain. You almost have to be a masochist to play this game.

Although I agree with you now after going through this, I also know I'm not the only one that does this. So if I can't fix the customer service, I guess at least let it be a warning to others that let their kids open their crystals. I mean really...2 tier 2 cosmic cats.
