Alright. I see. I know that he is immune to AA reduction, but does that include Neutralize effects? Like does he lower the effectiveness on the opponent?

My suggestion essentially is to fix matchmaking so it's more balanced, since I feel like it's almost always unfair facing the whales. And something needs to be done about the ever rising amount of bots, especially since Season 12 is probably going to be the biggest so far.
