No it has nothing to do with new and old accounts. Stop spreading lies if you're unsure of the truth. My account from 2022 got the drop while my sister's account from 2018 have not received it yet.

I got the items and units but didn't get market points so I can't claim the extra items. I opened a kabam support ticket 2 days ago but they have yet to reply anything. Pretty sure I'm gonna get scammed of my 7* weapon X...

I purchased this package twice which clearly shows 400 market points. By right I should have 800 market points but I only have 400 now. The second purchase didn't give me any market points. After first purchase I had 400, then I made a second purchase and didn't receive any more points.
