Don't use your specials as soon as they're made available, rather build up your power a bit more than use the special (in that way your power will never fall to zero) Also don't use SP3

Rip your fingers mate, you typed so much! Getting back on the OP's question, yeah it does looks like he's cheating (or using a bot), if you're suspicious then report it to Kabam (though don't expect them to reply to you with whatever actions they took)

You'll get 6% of the missing health For eg: if you're missing 10% of your champ's health then he'll regen 6% of that missing 10%
