Scorpion easily. Imo scorpion is even better than torch he’s a contender for best science champ but he’s 100% top 3. Cap iw ideally needs max sig.

No, she hulk doesn’t need the slow, she straight up removes the unstoppable then applies slow So unstoppable is removed regardless of whether she hulk applies slow or not
