Which is honestly stupid if the chance is very low. I just 100% heroic and nothing. To be honest feel like at the least that should be an automatic quest. Who knows I will wait to see if it is just RNG and that the quests will actually pop up more commonly, but they should have just put this stuff on a cycle. Especially…

Actually I got an offer similar to the 5 daywalker crystal offer for $10 except it is for mephisto. It is on my second and third accounts only though both of which are considerably lower then my main. Most likely wasn't given out to much older accounts or something.
