• I have had this problem too. I have logged in, and it picks a match, so it uses the energy, but then it times out and says draw.

• You can find Tier 5 basic catalyst in the side event and the variants. If you are looking for class ones, they are in the variant for exploration, and higher level story progression. Hope that helps.
