No you need proxima to get more shock charges to do serious damage quicker so buildup doesnt take so long

Ultron is best with nebula as a close second because she requires synergies while the others arent even close

So basically Emma is best for offense and defense when duped especially defense, however, Emma frost is still an awesome champ and nice addition to anybody's roster even without the dupe. I ran a whole war without dying and took out the boss, mini-boss and everyone in the way without any problem. In the better ranked wars thats what needs to happen.
