I know getting the hero you really want is part of what keeps people playing, but there's always more heroes to get, level up, and new heroes being added. I agree, we don't need new loot boxes, the crystal system works fine how it is. But the skins could be anew crystal, or added to the premium crystals. It would give you something other than 2* champs to look forward to, besides the occasional 3*, and very occasional 4*
