The response read: this was only to announce that what was advertised last June will still be available in the new champion pool (implying that the Sept and Dec pools won't be included, contrary to what they announced). So, lost my disc since I was fighting boss in quest when emergency maintenance started. Your customer services response was, we are sorry, it happens! Just send a new disc. It shouldn't be difficult.
