I am telling that because last month all levels, master, uncollected was giving 3k iso. Without iso, independent of the level, is not able to level up

I understand that difficulties are changed. But what is not acceptable is the ISO rewards. NC is giving Iso 1300. On the last it was 3k . How can we grow up ours players without iso?

We are still waiting the rewards for AQ cancelation week, level up, Summoner advanced. No knews and no messages up on game.
