  • Its frankly failure to deliver costumer satisfaction and should be viewed as such. I’ve given Kabam thousands upon thousands of dollars over the last couple of years, on good faith that one day they’d deliver this character in game. Failure to deliver is perplexing and takes the wind out of my sails as a summoner.
