Same issue here on iPhone XS ver 13.5.1. I’ve tried to uninstall MCOC, restart the iPhone and reinstall and it didn’t help.

My Issue with Ghost is the number of T4CC I will need for her. I got stark spidey first and took him up to rank 4 before pulling Ghost.
