• I seriously doubt kabam would put in a T4cc for 3.5 mill. The t4 basic is at 1.1 mill, a t4cc is quite a bit more valuable than a t4 basic. At 5 mill that's putting a t4cc roughly 5x more valuable than a t4 basic. there are quite a lot of people who need them but that doesn't mean kabam should just give them out easily.

• It means that my attack misses, doesn't land, do damage, when I dash in after the enemy does their heavy.
