I think I can save up to 30000 shards before end of Feb. My Basic luck are horrible.

I already have a duped 4 star Vision AOU. Will it be a worthwhile upgrade? The 5star after dupe will be level 3 sig 20. I have no stone or catalyst to upgrade him further if I buy him.

I am free to play and actually have 9900 + unit hoarded in preparation for Act 5. My worry about this deal is whether Vision at sig 20 rank 3 is viable for more difficult content. I am a mid level player with no stone or T2 alpha to bring him further.

Also I am currently at a stage accumulating T4CC where I have lots of rank 4 4stars but no rank 5. Is it common for people to skip maxing their 4 star and move straight to 5 star?

Luck of lucks. Just pulled a 4* Scarlet Witch from my Ultimate Infinity Crystal and awakened her. Ranked her up already. Thanks guys - for the advice. Will go for Archangel next.
