If they're worried about rewards balance, they could bump the rewards based on progression with T5B and T5CC fragment quests are only accessible if you're CAV or higher. The bigger question is whether they'll finally allow us to sell T4 items to help with the overflow.

I believe the point that was being made is that the arguments countering the initial dissatisfaction went away MONTHS after a champ's release and that's not including the rebalance data that should be coming in November. Yeah, you're not giving us much to work with without an idea of what your roster looks like. Overall, I would say that if you do not have one as a six star, I would say that a five-star could work in the meantime but if your resources are slim, then you're better off focusing on Six stars.

No one's denying that they don't need to be buffed but many would argue that they need reworks more than an update while this is just filling in some gaps into his kit to make him better.
