• Agree with this entirely. This happened to me while attempting the 6.3.6 Shock path. I enabled my only Short Circuit boost, started the first fight against Deadpool with my duped r2 Doc Ock, applied his Heal Block debuff and then parried, but no shock was applying. • AQ was much more enjoyable that one weekend when there was an outage and they made the energy refresh every 30 minutes rather than every hour. We still had to log in to play, but it wasn't nearly as tedious and allowed for a lot more flexibility for people's schedules. I think they should consider making 30 minute energy…
