That's an awesome tip, I hadn't thought of doing that. I'm in a semi-retired alliance so we often don't fill up the groups, that would help us to get more exploration (sometimes).

I wish they would just get rid of the "locking champs" in AQ altogether. We run a lower map in 1 bg for some folks just for this reason. I think it's just annoying and serves no real purpose.

Just following up on my post, I was contacted by the support team for my ticket this morning and it is resolved. Too bad it took so long, but I'm happy it was resolved and I received the items that I paid for.

I have tried to use auto-enlist multiple times to setup our alliance for 1 BG in offseason and 2 BG during the season. I have never had it work properly. Usually it sets both to the same. Sometimes it enlists us for 3. I have given up on it. Great idea for a feature but terrible execution.

Yeah, first time. I would bet we'll have to submit a support ticket or something. I posted mostly just for visibility to show that it is affecting multiple people. With all of the issues going on, it could take some time for this to be addressed.

I have the same issue. Featured 4* arena. I'm in the normal bracket. I put up 4.5 million which has always been good for the 1-10% tier, but didn't receive any rank rewards. The completed arena displays as though I didn't rank either. I did receive the rank rewards for the other arenas I participated in.
