I was nebula against rocket raccoon on one of the daily events and it dropped my block twice. Was using the galaxy tab s3 that time but I also play on my iPhone 7plus most of the time and I have noticed it during AQ as wolverine and x23.

You guys apparently don't know how to use nebula lol. Nebula is amazing. Really read into her perk set and you'll see. She does have one bug with her special 1 however. Sorry for the late reply. This happens every time that I know of. Even when I am facing Nebula. It will state Power Drain but nothing is drained.
