Didn't force close. The app crash before I can load in the fight and I restarted and continued as normal but thanks for the info.

I agree because the rank up gems is a way for us to rank up champs without having to use resources. Gold is considered a resource in the game so it's only right that we should be able to use them without the cost of the gold needed for the rank up.
