I completed final preparation cavalier days and claimed the rewards haven't received my anti venom. And then the final preparation cavalier came back and I don't feel like getting banned for reclaiming the rewards. And I sent a support ticket and they didn't help me.

Plus it says schedule maintenance even through its emergency maintenance going on
