• Well the support is very active, I've been monitoring the activity of mods and they are replying to every discussion other than this one. Not even a single mod has responded even after I sent them a personal message.

• In my device it usually happens when the network is a bit slow... Maybe you should check the bandwidth of your internet. If the speed is all good then perhaps it is a graphics problem.
