LAW and RULES are different things...LAW is LAW !!! RULES are RULES !!! they can be changed sometimes (USING MOD is manipulation of it),,which we can't do with LAW,,so it is a proof LAW is different from RULES...(if it can be manipulated,,it can be changed too)
