Hey! So I noticed Culls rout damage has been reduced to 100% from 120%.. I could not find this in the post about his rebalance. Is this an intentional/permanent change or will it be fixed? (View Post)

EDIT: To clarify, it seems the actual rout damage in game still is 120% (as it was prior to the rebalance) but the description says 100%. So the question is will it be 120% or will it be reduced to 1… (View Post)
