In game lag

in Bugs and Known Issues
I have been having terrible lag and stutter and the phone i use is a galaxy s9
Whenever i open my champions tab its takes an hour to load all the champs
And whenever i need to open a crystal there is so much lag that i cant even see the reel
PLEASE KABAM FIX YOUR GAME
