Banned but how?

I wonder why I have been banned ... Kabam has permanently banned me but I don't understand anything because I didn't hack, now I wonder if Kabam can see which phones are logged in and when ... Because I have to continue another have been hacked. that they have copied my password. I think it cannot be otherwise
