I personally think that Billy Russo A.K.A. Jigsaw would be a great addition to the contest.
1. JIGSAW
-Biography-
Billy Russo was born to a poor Italian-American family, kicked out and abandoned as an orphan by his abusive father at the age of ten, and went on to become a hitman for New York's Italian criminal underworld, where his good looks garnered him the nickname "Billy the Beaut".
-Powers and abilities-
Jigsaw is an athletic man with no superhuman powers. During his time in prison, he was able to hone his physical strength to a level comparable to the Punisher. He has extensive experience with street-fighting techniques, and familiarity with a variety of weapons and criminal techniques. He carries various handguns as needed. He has been known to wear a special exo-skeleton in his outfits.
-In-game abilities-
SPECIAL ABILITY AGAINST PUNISHER AND SPIDER-MAN (CLASSIC):
- When fighting The Punisher or Spider-Man (Classic), Jigsaw is under the effect of a new buff named "DEMENTIA", Buff that increases Jigsaw's shooting accuracy bleeding the opponent per shot (example: when Jigsaw fires X bullets, the opponent is going to get X stacks of bleed). "DEMENTIA" Also increases Jigsaw's critical rating and attack by 10% - 25% (depending on Jigsaw's rank/level)
REDUCED DAMAGE FROM GUNSHOTS
Jigsaw can't bleed from gunshots because of his bulletproof vest, but he gets additional damage from the impact. Also, he can bleed from knives/swords (example: Blade, Guillotine, Black Panther, Deadpool...)
BASIC ABILITIES
- Fury stacking (up to 3 fury stacks)
- Armor
- Precision
- Concussion
- Bleed (up to 3 bleed stacks)
- Open Wound (like The Punisher)
-Special abilities-
SP1: THROW A PUNCH
a basic ability, Billy uses his street fighting knowledge to hard punch the opponent. (Debuff on opponent after SP1: Concussion)
SP2: GOOD OL' PAL
Example: WINTER SOLDIER'S SP2 (with another weapon) (Debuff on opponent after SP2: bleed; 25% chance of a permanent debuff on opponent after SP2: Open Wound)
SP3: CRIME REGISTERED
This special ability has 100% chance to apply a Critical Open Wound debuff on the opponent for 10 seconds (Jigsaw has 100% chance to bleed the opponent on every hit for 10 seconds), 20% chance to apply the Concussion debuff and 100% chance to activate the Precision ability for 15-20 seconds.
-Signature ability-
ROUGH AROUND THE EDGES
Jigsaw has X% chance to bleed the opponent for X seconds after every SP ability.
