Loading for Eternity...

So I have been seeing this weird glitch where I'm seeing the loading screen when I'm moving from one area of the game to another. The game never ends up loading and I'm just staring at the loading screen for hours. Has anyone else been seeing this?

    Restart game and then the phone. Usually works when this happens to me
