HELP, I need some support here, I think my game is broken or my account has been hacked

I need some help from the community group here. I logged out of my account last night from a day of grinding for lvling a new 5 star I had and tried to log in this morning and found my account banned for 162 hours, and right now it keeps going up for no reason and without reason. It currently went from 710 to 720 hours. Can someone please help me fix this
