Summoner Sigil Future Changes?

Hello everyone, as you may notice this is my first post here in the forums even though i lurk quite often in them to further my knowledge of the game. I've decided to post for the first time to express an idea about the summoner sigil, but first i'd like to write a few words about me as a player just to understand where i stand. I've been playing for 2 and a half years and I'm not a spender, definitely a grinder. Learned early the importance of grinding from Brian Grant even though I'm not even close to his level (thanks BG!). I currently have 100% lol, all 3 variants, finished one run in 6.2 and working on 100% 6.1. I grind and buy the 4th of july and black friday's 15k deals plus i bought the vision offer once it went down. Doesn't matter if you believe that all game content can be cleared without using real money or not, although my alliance mates can testify most of this...this is not the topic of discussion.
But even though i don't spend, i plan on dropping money on this game for all the great work Kabam has done and especially for keeping me entertained (highs and lows) with this game (i am definitely not one of the lucky accounts as my pulls are quite horrible but i enjoy playing the game even if i constantly **** about my pulls). I am not here to discuss on how you should play the game or how much money you should spend. Everyone should play as they see fit and spend their money however they want and i am glad there are plenty of people who invest money in this game and help it stay alive.
This said, we cannot deny there is quite a gap between spenders and non spenders. Grinders can lessen the extent up to a certain amount, but what is most important is skill and strategy...but on equal skill terms...then there is no contest between the two.
Now when the summoner sigil was introduced, i read a lot of opinions, making some of my own... if you've seen KT1 fierce response and BGs calm one...i'd say i was in between. Do i think the sigil is a good offer? Yes, i believe its a great offer compared to a star lords loot bag amount of units...it just blows it away. So i was glad for a great offer, not so glad because of a monthly subscription...had it been say 50$ for a lifetime or 100...i probably would of bought it, but that's just me.
Now my main concern is this. After logging on tonight i was prompted to take a survey to help Kabam by answering some question so i was glad to accept. Basically the survey was about the Summoner sigil and what i thought about it and what else could be added to it...by the looks of it they are thinking of further expanding the deal (no idea about money) by adding extra stuff (extra content; extra offers; extra rewards, etc). Now of course whoever already buys it would be extra happy about it, while f2p and casual spenders of course would be more upset. Most of you will say hey, don't spend, don't complain...i understand and everyone is entitled to their opinions, but f2p help a little too by expanding the player base and why not by publicizing the game too. The more the gap between spenders, casual spenders and f2p the more unrest there will be so my idea would be this:
Make the sigil obtainable by spending 10$ a month or by using units.
Don't want to grind and spend 10$ for the sigil? That's a great value, good for you!
Want to grind your ass off and buy the sigil for that month where you really need it (maybe not for 275 units which would be the 10$ star lord's offer but say 500? 750?1000? a month) well you have the choice.
If they were to further expand the benefits of the sigil, then i would gladly use 1k of my hard earned units to buy a month's worth of the sigil. I won't be able to get it every single month, but at least some time i will and get all the extra rewards.
Kabam as a company needs to make money, everyone understands it, but by allowing this, they would be giving us a choice.
Ok, sorry i really didn't want to make this so long. Just a wanted to throw down my idea and my background.

2. The Sigil is explicitly intended to entice people to spend money. Some percentage has to, or the game goes away. They don't expect everyone to spend, or even most people to spend. But they do need people to spend, and the Sigil is an offer targeted at players willing to spend a small amount (relatively) regularly or semi-regularly for a basket of rewards. Offering it for units would defeat the purpose, which is to encourage people to spend.
3. Why add another thing to spend on? Because every offer is different, in terms of who it targets. Many offers offer relatively little value for relatively high monetary cost. They target people willing to spend a lot for a little. Those people contribute a lot of money to the game and in return ask for very little, and you want to target those people because they contribute a lot to support the game. But some offers give relatively high value for relatively low money. Some are designed to target small time spenders or rare spenders, and they can contain more value because they are much less common: they don't increase the gap between spenders and non-spenders too much as a result. The Sigil targets a different group of players: players willing to spend a low amount regularly but need higher value to part with their cash.
There are a lot of things you can buy with units, and units are grindable currency. But there has to be things you can't buy with units, or the game won't be able to fund its existence. MCOC is actually very friendly to grinders in that regard, in that the vast majority of things you can buy at all you can buy for units. But some things won't be, and the Sigil is one of them.
For free to play or very infrequent spenders to want to be able to grind for most things is completely reasonable. But some things won't be, and they will likely be things they want, because how else are you going to entice people to spend on the game.
The sigil as is, is already a great value, but to further expand it...with extra content or offers would be dividing the player base even more imo
The content in the sigil does not divide the playerbase, there is nothing competitive in the sigil, just as other people stated QOL.
