Ghost Rider's Incinerate immunity buff

Guys, we all know that the Ghost Rider is a good champ but a well known issue with him is getting an incinerate debuff by the opponents don't know why ,cz we all know that he is already burning with the Hellfire. So the question is - does the Hellfire not comes into a kind of fire or the value of simple fire is greater than Hellfire. Kabam should make him incinerate immune otherwise what is the value of that burning skeleton . and yes one more thing comes in my mind if he is totally a skeleton and bleed immune then why not poison immune because poison reacts with blood and being a skeleton he doesn't have any drop of blood then how poison works with his burning bones I think .
Kabam please think about it and give this character a proper justice.

    If it was real fire it would burn his sweet leather jacket right off.
    So it may not even be hot at all. It may just be lines of code and pixels on a screen. We may never know the real truth. Or the fake truth 🧐
    Also, "game balance".
