can't claim 24 tier5 ISO tech class

since the bug day when I duped 5* punisher2099 , the Iso I got had gone to Unclaimed rewards and expiring today. but When I click on claim rewards the game losses it's internet connection

    Hey Masterwayne, we're aware of this issue and are actively working to resolve it as quickly as possible. We've already stated in THIS announcement that those Rewards aren't lost and you will be able to Claim them.
