I got banned

2:00 this morning I received a notification saying I hv been banned for 168hrs due to violation of terms and service. Kabam pls explain to me what I did to get banned, I don't use cheat or mod for the game, the only thing I do is log into my smaller acct (cham lord) and I do because some on you tube have small acct example seating, lagacy etc and I have not heard of their acct being banned so y shud my acct be banned, this is not even my only complaint, on another occasion I did not receive rewards for the event quest I played, after beating the boss of heroic ( silver surfer) I tapped continue and den d game crashed, after 30 minutes passed I looged in back only for me to see I was not given rewards, I checked my stash also but I did not see my rewards, I need my acct back because I need to claim my daily rewards from calendar, and for all d days I missed due to the ban I expect full refund and compensation, This is Christmas and I don't want to miss any rewards because I did not plan to, pls kabam return my acct and give me the days of rewards I missed with compensation.

    Unfortunately, neither the players nor the mods on this forum are capable of aiding you with this specific problem; all you can do is send the support team a ticket and wait for their response.
