  What is Power Shield normally ? Isn’t it either 400% or 300% MORE damage than normal with your Specials ?
  
  A change to only give your SP's a lowly 1% more Damage than normal is definitely some type of bug.
  
  When you fought that, could you tell if the damage was actually correct (as in, just a “wording” problem), or were your SP no different than in other quests without Power Shield ?

  I have same visual bug in act 5.2.1. After some testing against ROL WS then back in its visual not affecting in-game output.
