Are we going to get compensation for recent lag and glitches?

I'm sure many of you, like myself, have either bought units and/or resources due to the recent fight glitches believing it to be our own faults.
Personally I have experienced; parrying fails, dexterity fails, combo hits not registering past 2 or 3 hits and receiving punishment for it. These issues have also been experienced by a bunch of others across both IOS and Android.
Having spent both money and units, due to this, I believe we should be given some sort of a solution or compensation.
Hopefully you others have some thoughts on this.

There are many devices capable of running the game and there are many different factors which can cause lag and performance issues to occur. Unfortunately, this means there isn't a simple solution which will resolve lag and performance issues for all players.
We have no current plans to start providing any form of compensation to players who have experienced lag. However, we will continue to review any feedback we receive and continue working to develop and implement improvements on our end to help make the game run as smoothly as possible on as many devices as possible.
