I would be nice to be able to pull up just certain rank champs similar to how you can sort by the star of champ. I would use this for rank up decisions

    Wrong thread to be commenting on a totally different topic.

    But to give you a potential answer, that 15% Heal when dodging back for 1.5 secs is “15% of MISSING Health” (not 15% of overall max health).
    So closer you are to mostly healthy, the less health will be gained by that. And if you are at half-health then you will heal by 7.5%. Only if you are near death will you see something close to a 15% Gain in health.

    Thank you but I tried it and it doesn’t heal at all when I dash back. Not even 1 percent. Where should I post this comment so that it could be fixed? Your quick response is much appreciated! Thanks and God bless.

    Are you holding down your Block for a whole 1.5 sec after you dash back (you'll see a countdown timer icon underneath you) ?
    Or is it on a Heal Block node, or against someone that would prevent healing .

    I tried everything for the past two months. But before that it was working just fine. I just waited for a number of updates, but it was not working as it suppose to be

    All the things you have mentioned, I did it. Before two months ago it was working now its not. I was wAiting for the server maintenance to fix it but up to now there was no emergency maintenance for a long time that is why I went to this forum for help.
