Error after sp3

Has this happened with anyone else? I was fighting the sentinel boss in love is a battlerealm chapter2 and then after I hit my 3rd special attack this happened and then namor was K.Oed.
Idk how but this needs to be resolved and I need a compensation for the time and effort. Anyways kabamlords are the most conservative when it comes to compensation.
