Lost all my crystals, please help

I've lost all my earned crystals in game. Please let me know how to get them back. Kindly help me at the earliest

    Also, are you sure the game logged you into the same account (if maybe there have been multiple accounts played at some time on your device or GameCenter/GooglePlay link) ??
