Account Banned for 48 hours?

Hi. Something weird happened today, I tried to log into my account and I got a message that stated that I violated (?) terms and conditions policy and that I got a 48 hour ban..

As best as I know I did nothing wrong, I may have not been playing actively in the last month or so but that does not constitute any reason for banning, correct

Can somebody care to explain please?
