Purchase failed

I purchased 5premium crystals and 3 3* crystals and 1 4* and 5* crystal for Rs.799 [indian ruppes]
After that i didn't got the 5* crystal but the other crystals has arrived
I purchased it only for an 5* crystal and i didn't got that....
Kabam sucks

    Is that the offer that said those items are “Based on your Progression” ??

    Once you reach Level 60, then you would get the 5* Crystal (from the sound of it).

    Before or after you bought that package ?

    If got level 60 afterwards, it might take some time for last crystal to arrive via mail.

    If already 60, then submit a Support Ticket to Kabam and ask why no 5* Crystal.
