Connective issue

in Bugs and Known Issues
Every time while I'm playing it always reconnect after 5 minutes after opening app.Because of it I'm am unable to play the quest or other regularly.Request the team for check the issue.because other games are working properly.many quest is not played because of it and I lose many rewards.it such awful thing.
